Due to the complexity of health insurance products, we strongly recommend that you verify with your health plan about your coverage for our services by calling the number listed on the back of your insurance card, especially when your plan is not one of the listed plans accepted.  Many small plans may cover our services by using the networks of the major health insurances. You may also have an out-of-network benefit which allows you to see us even though we are not in your network.

We do accept cash pay, and the cost is quite affordable relative to standard rates. Please contact us to find out more details about our fee schedule.
