Dear Patients,

Patient and staff safety is our highest priority during this difficult time. The recommendations are constantly changing so please check back here frequently for important updates.

We are offering full medical telemedicine appointments (for the appointment, you can stay at home and videoconference with your provider). New patients can call to schedule telemedicine consultations. We are reaching out to established patients, but you can also call the office to change your scheduled appointment to a telemedicine appointment. We recommend you do telemedicine appointments in light of the COVID-19 public health emergency.

If there is a need to come in the office or inability to do telemedicine, we are still still seeing patients in the office on scheduled days. Please call for more instruction. If you have your Botox, nerve block, EEG, or EMG/NCS scheduled, please keep your appointment times unless you hear from us for further instruction. Please wear a mask when you come to the office. If you have had any symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, fever, or foreign traveling in the 2 weeks prior to your in office visit, please call to reschedule your appointment.
