Dear Patients,

Patient and staff safety is our highest priority during this difficult time. The recommendations are constantly changing so please check back here frequently for important updates.

We are continuing to offer both in office appointments and medical telemedicine appointments (for the appointment, you can stay at home and videoconference with your provider).

On the day of your appointment, we will continue to enforce strict mask policies and distancing to ensure safety of patients and staff. On day of appointment:
1. Please wear a mask when you come to the office as they are mandatory. We do not have supplies to provide you with a mask. If you do not have a mask your appointment will be rescheduled.
2. Space in the waiting room is limited to practice to safe social distancing. Once you check in, you may be asked to wait in the car until the provider is ready to see you.
3. Limited family members. Ideally only the patient should attend the appointment, but if he/she needs assistance, 1 family member is permitted to accompany the patient during the appointment. They must also be wearing a mask at all times.

If you have had any symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, fever, or airplane traveling in the 2 weeks prior to your in office visit, please call to reschedule your appointment. If you have recently been diagnosed with COVID-19, please wait 2 weeks or until symptoms resolve, whichever is later, to make your appointment. You will be screened for above questions and if positive will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Thank you,

East Bay Neurology Team
